With 100 years of industry experience, we serve clients across marine, mining, transportation, construction, and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a creative and organized Social Media Development Specialist for a temporary contract to support our online presence and brand visibility.
As the Social Media Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms. You’ll help build brand awareness, showcase our services capabilities and promote our company culture. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital storytelling skills and a passion for social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a content calendar and create social media posts aligned with company goals and brand voice.
· Publish and manage content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
· Collaborate with service and sales teams to gather content ideas and highlight company initiatives, projects, and employees.
· Design basic graphics and edit photos/videos for posts (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
· Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages where appropriate, and track performance metrics.
· Make recommendations for improving reach, engagement, and follower growth.
