Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist help us share our brand/story. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Conduct research to identify trends in the industry and understand the target audience's preferences.
- Assist wth newsletter/mail out campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through targeted advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Create reels and posts that are engaging and reflect our brand
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and audience insights.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Knowledge of advertising principles on digital platforms like Google is beneficial.
