Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled earthworks laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthworks tasks and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role requires a hands-on approach to completing projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. The Skilled Laborer will work collaboratively with other workers and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.
Duties
- Attend site daily at required start times
- Be prepared to work up to 12hrs per day
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Understand earthworks and grading
- Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and block laying as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment when required for specific tasks on-site.
- Provide support in construction estimating by measuring and assessing materials needed for projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all assigned duties.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with the following skills:
- Blueprint reading
- Hand tools
- Construction practices
- Power tools operation
- Heavy equipment operation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
