What You’ll Bring:
- A clean driver’s abstract and a professional driving approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience operating skid steers
- Experience towing and maneuvering a 30-foot gooseneck trailer
- Basic knowledge of cribbing and concrete pouring
- Ability to transpose site layouts
- A career-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills (on-the-job training provided)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- Willing to travel and stay overnight as required
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues using manuals, technical support, and internal resources
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round, in all safe and productive weather conditions
- Adherence to all safety procedures as outlined in our Safety Manual
- Ability to pass and maintain a Police Safety Check
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:
- Skid steer operation (required)
- Concrete work (asset)
- Chain link fencing installation (asset)
- Electrical wiring experience (asset)
- Truck and trailer experience (asset)
