Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation processes to maintain financial oversight of projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates on project progress.
- Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, quality control, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and effective communication.
