What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day work on residential/commercial renovation sites
- Assign and supervise tasks (framers, drywallers, finishers)
- Read and follow blueprints and renovation plans
- Keep the site organized, efficient, and safe
- Work closely with the Project Manager to solve problems fast
- Jump in with your own hands when needed — we’re all in this together
What You Bring
- 2+ years in renovation: framing, drywall, finishing, etc.
- Confident reading drawings & taking accurate measurements
- Solid understanding of safety practices & building codes
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You speak solid English (B2+), lead by example, and get things done
- You care about doing things right — not just fast
