We are looking for a natural leader with a strong background in construction site management. Must have experience as a Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations on a fast-paced construction site in Calgary. This is a key leadership role that ensures the project stays on schedule, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
3. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
4. Schedule and lead site meetings with trades and consultants
5. Identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule or budget
6. Maintain detailed site reports and daily logs
7. Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency on site
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial or multi-family construction
2. Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
3. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and tight timelines
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Proficient in construction scheduling and site management software (We use Field Wire for our site coordination and reporting)
6. CSTS, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications preferred
7. Must have own transportation

Pay: $78,000.00-$93,500.00 per year
