SITE FOREMAN / SUPERINTENDENT
Camdon Construction is looking for a local Site Foreman / Superintendent to join our Red Deer team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of related experience of commercial and light industrial construction, journeyman carpenter, design build and other related years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all on-site coordination of construction including sub-trades, supplier, materials and quality control.
There will need to be a willingness to travel and work on projects out of town, sometimes for extended periods at a time.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, be advocates of job site safety, be able to motivate others, be capable of tracking job schedules and accurate budgeting.
Some computer work will also be required.
