Role Summary:
As a Shuttle Driver at DoubleTree by Hilton, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for guests while delivering exceptional customer service. There is a huge guest services influence on this position, and the successful candidate is expected to train in basic knowledge of the hotel operating system to assist with guests checking-in and out. We are looking for both part-time and full-time candidates, with flexible availability.
Role Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations while following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service, assisting guests with boarding, luggage, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented shuttle vehicle, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting maintenance concerns.
- Assist with guest services, including providing directions, answering questions, and offering recommendations about the local area.
- Assist the Front Desk team with guest check-ins, check-outs and basic guest inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with front desk and other departments to coordinate guest transportation needs.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary to ensure a positive experience.
Role Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license Class 4 is required.
- 5 years clean driver's abstract
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and assist guests with luggage.
- Previous experience in hospitality, transportation, and customer service is an asset.
