What we are looking for:
Image Honda is looking for a part-time Shuttle Driver for Monday, Thursday and Friday day shift who is motivated, customer-focused, and professional. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of organization, excellent communication skills, and a positive, flexible attitude. A valid Ontario driver’s license, clean driving abstract, and familiarity with the greater Hamilton area are essential.
About the Role
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Shuttle Driver, will play an important front-line role by transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicle is being serviced. You’ll ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient experience for each guest, while supporting our service team and upholding company policies and standards. This position requires a customer-first mindset, reliability, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting potential clients and transporting them to work or home while their vehicle is in service.
- Providing customers positive experiences through excellent service.
- Working in a process-driven work environment.
- Must follow Company policies and practices.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service, and a professional etiquette.
Possess strong organizational, follow-up, and electronic paper-flow handling skills.
Quick thinker and learner, ability to multitask.
Positive, flexible, and process-oriented.
Organized, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
Professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills.
Valid Ontario Drivers License.
Clean Drivers Abstract.
Knowledge of the greater Hamilton area roads is needed.
