Rock Solid Countertops seeking a dynamic and motivated Countertop Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong background in retail sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service. Your ability to upsell and build lasting relationships with clients will be key to your success in this position.
Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively to process transactions and manage inventory.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space.
- Assist in the renovation of display areas to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize design software to create engaging product layouts when necessary.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is essential.
- Experience with product demos and upselling techniques is highly desirable.
