We’re looking for a Shop Hand to support the daily operations of our shop—keeping tools, equipment, and the workspace clean, organized, and ready for action. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy hands-on work, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Equipment & Shop Support
- Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment under supervision
- Clean, organize, and maintain a safe, efficient shop environment
- Inspect tools and machinery for proper function and report issues promptly
- Help load/unload trucks and support mechanics with parts and materials
Inventory & General Duties
- Track and organize tools, parts, and materials
- Support receiving, labeling, and storing of shop supplies
- Perform general manual labor, including moving equipment and disposing of waste
- Follow all safety protocols and support seasonal preparation tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Mechanical interest or experience in a shop environment (asset but not required)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Willing to work indoors and occasionally in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
