Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- All invoicing, receiving, and filing related to daily shipments
- Understanding and knowing our product SKUs
- As part of a team, you will there will be times where you will support other operational areas, including customer support
- A positive, respectful work environment is very important to us: an upbeat, positive attitude with strong internal communications skills is a must
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service
- Excellent written communications skills
- Communications and interpersonal skills relating to customer service
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to understand depth and details of product line and company information
- Motivated self-starter with initiative and the ability to learn on the fly
- Organized with effective time-management
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Chinese is a plus
