- Key Responsibilities
- Receive parts and materials into inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Issue parts and materials to production according to schedules and requests.
- Generate and maintain inventory-related reports, including shipping and backlog reports, cycle-counts, etc.
- Packing & preparing shipments for Vendors/Customers.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to Expeditors, supervisors, and customers as required.
- Accurately maintain data within MRP/ERP systems to support production and planning.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word) to prepare reports, track data, and support operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous stock room / inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
