Purpose of Role: The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. This role ensures that all shipping and receiving tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive Shipments: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Ensure contents of all received goods match the shipping documents and are not visibly damaged.
- Organize Outbound Shipping: Ensure all items being shipped are properly packaged and create packing lists for shipments. Book transportation of all outbound shipping by calling trucking companies and making shipping arrangements
- Update SAP: Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts through SAP. Ensure safe and reliable securement of all shipping orders
- Inventory Management: Ensure all inventory items received into the facility are properly stored in their correct locations. Perform cycle counting of parts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field
- Must be comfortable using computers and basic software applications
