We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff
- Train and mentor employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Manage cashiers and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Implement strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in math for handling budgets, inventory, and sales data
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and customer service best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
