- Shelf Stocker – Join Our Team
We’re currently hiring a Shelf Stocker to support daily store operations and help keep our retail space organized and fully stocked. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and enjoys interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are clean, organized, and easy to find
- Unpack and sort incoming merchandise
- Use barcode scanners to track inventory and check pricing
- Label items with correct prices and attach anti-theft devices
- Assist customers by locating products or retrieving items from storage
- Carry and pack customer purchases for pickup or delivery
- Fill mail orders from warehouse stock
- Help maintain a clean and tidy store (sweeping, dusting, etc.)
- May occasionally operate the cash register and process online transactions
- May assist in ordering stock or operating equipment like forklifts (if certified)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Retail or merchandising experience is an asset
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move boxes as needed
- Forklift certification (preferred, not required)
Location: On-site (this is not a remote position)
