Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our office at Markham, ON.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
1. Experience in Canadian P&C insurance industry
2. Ň+ years of ServiceNow BSA experience (mostly around ITSM modules, ITOM knowledge is beneficial)
3. Strong Commercial Insurance functional experience is a must
4. Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.
5. Above average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-team environment.
Nice to have skill & Experience:
1. Relevant Servicenow Certification
