Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to perform interior and exterior cleaning services on new, used, and customer vehicles. This is a flat rate position, meaning your earnings are based on the work you complete—not the hours you’re clocked in. The more you produce, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities

Perform full vehicle detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, buffing, and engine bay cleaning.
Conduct pre-delivery detailing of new vehicles.
Recondition used vehicles to showroom condition.
Apply protective coatings (paint sealants, fabric protection, rustproofing, etc.) as required.
Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing bays and equipment.
Report any damages or necessary repairs to management.
Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

Previous detailing experience in a high-volume dealership or shop preferred.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Ability to work independently under flat rate structure.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
Able to work in a physically demanding role (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
Familiarity with detailing tools and products.
