Arctic Alarm is looking for a team-oriented, results-driven Service Coordinator to join our team in Yellowknife. This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating installations and service related work. The job will also involve working closely with our Station Manager as well as our Administrative Team.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”
- Facilitate and support the delivery of services to clients.
- Accessing needs, connecting clients with appropriate resources and ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Advises supervisor regarding customer satisfaction, technician performance, and system functionality.
- Identifies potential project risks, communicates to appropriate parties and assist in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize impact and to control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
- Always acts as “our customer’s best service provider” thereby ensuring Arctic Alarm is the customer’s first choice for service.
What You’ll Need
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to regularly work; consistent ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted
- Must be a self-starter and work well without direct supervision
- All work is based in an office environment however a valid driver’s license required.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good computer skills including exposure to MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Requirements:
- An interest in learning and training in the alarm industry
- A clean criminal record
- The knowledge of Connectwise products would be an asset but is not necessary.
