About the Role
As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub of our service operations. Think of yourself as the air traffic controller of our technician team—scheduling jobs, managing emergencies, and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. Your background in administration will be your superpower as you juggle priorities, communicate clearly, and keep our systems humming.
What You’ll Be Doing
Scheduling & Coordination
- Organize service appointments, installations, and repairs
- Assign technicians based on availability and skillset
- Adjust schedules in real-time to meet changing needs
Emergency Response
- Prioritize urgent service calls and respond with speed and clarity
- Communicate calmly and effectively with clients and technicians
- Escalate critical issues when needed
Invoicing & Financial Tracking
- Generate and process invoices for completed service calls
- Support accurate financial documentation and reporting
Client Communication & Support
- Be the go-to contact for service updates and inquiries
- Build trust through professional, timely communication
- Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, work orders, and technician schedules
- Support operational processes with your sharp eye for detail
What You Bring
- Proven experience in administrative roles (office manager, executive assistant, scheduler, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication—written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
