This isn’t a front-desk gig. This isn’t a parts runner role. This is the heartbeat of the service drive—and we’re only looking for closers.
As our Service Closer, you're the first point of contact the guest has and the last person they see when they leave satisfied. You book the appointment, set the tone, build the estimate, earn the approval, and see them out. If something goes sideways, they’re not asking for “whoever’s available.” They’re asking for you.
Your Mission (And You Live for It):
- Book the appointment and start owning the guest relationship from the first contact.
- Confirm vehicle history, identify customer needs, maintenance opportunities, and prebuild thorough service appointments.
- Review MPI results, build clean, accurate quotes, and close them with confidence.
- Text, call, email—whatever it takes. You’re fast, clear, and impossible to ignore.
- Track approved and declined work. Finalize ROs. No loose ends.
- Greet the guest at pickup. Walk them through the invoice. Take payment like a pro.
- Make our guests feel like they just visited a 5-star hotel, not a service shop.
You Are:
- A current or former Service Advisor, BDC pro, or guest service killer with something to prove.
- Unshakeable on the phone. Natural over text. Razor-sharp with your words.
- A quick learner and can pick up new technologies and processes on a whim.
- Organized, responsive, and fast-moving. You don’t let guests wait.
- A closer, not a pusher. Your value speaks for itself, and our guests feel it.
