Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
Schedule appointments, open Repair Orders, prepare estimates and invoices.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
Provide technicians with accurate and detailed information for diagnosis.
Present repair estimates and inform customers of necessary maintenance services.
Ensure all customers receive excellent service and value.
Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
Active listening abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of Service Advisor experience preferred.
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and internet navigation.
