Service Advisor (Go RV Edmonton)

Imagine a location being closed over the Christmas holidays to get the holiday break off, along with a salary AND monthly bonus!

A Service Advisor will be responsible for taking care of a Go RV customer through their RV maintenance and repair process. This will include RV walk-arounds, advising on repairs that are needed, ensuring the customer purchases all recommended services and continuous follow up so your customer knows exactly what is happening with their RV. You will be required to open/close and assign Repair Orders to techs through CDK.

What you bring to the table:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor at a manufacturer dealership preferred
• CDK experience is a huge asset
• Outgoing friendly personality with the ability to find common ground with anyone
