About the Role:
As a member of our team, you'll:
- Work closely with ArrKann customers during their unit orientation process, covering Travel Trailers, Tent Trailers, Motorhomes, and Fifth Wheels
- Effectively explain and demonstrate all essential components of the unit to ensure customer comprehension
- Stay updated on new features to provide informed guidance and education to our customers
- Address customer inquiries and ensure they're fully equipped for exceptional camping experiences
- Demonstrate genuine care in ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable experience
Requirements:
- Warm and approachable demeanor
- Previous RV camping experience
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance
- Ability to work 6-18 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays, but never on Sundays or holidays!
