We are currently seeking a motivated Service Advisor for our busy dealership.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling all internal service work
- Writing internal work orders
- Direct and dispatch technicians and or detailer’s ROs
- Maintain service and detail timelines
- Assisting customers with their service needs and information
- Identifying the necessary services based on the customer’s needs, and booking service appointments
- Answering phones and emails, including selling services over the telephone or in-person
- Using the DMS system (PBS Systems) for scheduling, recording, and history
- Assisting the warranty clerk
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is a must; however, experience in the automotive industry is not necessary
- Team player with a good work ethic and drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb multi-tasker
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Sales experience an asset
