Job Summary:
We're looking for a licensed Service Advisor to play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs
* Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and services
* Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
* Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with technicians to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good attendance and punctuality record
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
