Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between customers and our service department, ensuring an outstanding experience by managing vehicle maintenance and repair needs with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle service needs.
Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for maintenance and repairs.
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of services.
Upsell additional services or repairs based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
Manage service schedules and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Use dealership software to document customer information, vehicle history, and service records.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Competencies
Proven experience as a service advisor or in a related customer service role (automotive experience preferred).
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in dealership management software and basic computer skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
