Job role:

• Providing estimates, scheduling appointments, preparing repair orders and relaying information to customers
• Advising customers of available services and the value of maintaining their vehicle
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Working with customers to manage concerns
• Working proactively to ensure customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Clear communication & customer relations skills
• A great attitude
• Minimum 1 year Service Advisor experience, experience with SERTI an asset
• Strong technical & mechanical knowledge
• Experience with the Ford & Lincoln brand is an asset
• Thrives in a fast paced environment & works well under pressure
• Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Friendly and trustworthy individual
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service & teamwork
• Excellent listening skills, problem solver
