As a Service Advisor at Bridgewater Honda you'll be that friendly, dependable face they can count on. Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 - $23.00, plus performance bonus
What You'll Be Up To:
- Welcoming customers and chatting through what their vehicle has been up to.
- Checking warranty or service coverage and breaking it down into easy to understand terms.
- Putting together honest, accurate estimates for parts, labour, and everything in between.
- Writing up repair orders that clearly outline what's needed and why.
- Keeping customer in the loop with timely updates and straightforward answers.
- Staying organized and documenting all repairs and service details.
- Keeping your knowledge fresh with up to date training and manufacturer updates.
- Pitching in wherever needed and always looking for way to support your team.
What You'll Bring To The Team:
- Customer service experience.
- Great listening and people skills that make customers feels valued and heard.
- Strong communication skills, whether its in person or over the phone.
- A team first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help.
- Strong organizational skills and a desire to keep learning.
- A valid driver's license and a clean abstract.
