Thanks to great support from our loyal clients we are adding another new member to our Service team. Duties related to the Service Advisor will include greeting customers, vehicle intakes, provide vehicle status updates to our customers, scheduling appointments and other tasks directed by Service Managers. Responsibilities and Duties
Our Service Advisor will :
- Follow up with Sales clients to ensure customer satisfaction and client retention
- Phoning Service clients to re-book appointments
- Phoning Auto-Spa clients to re-book appointments
- Coordinating re-booking of appointments with our new SMS system
- Review client invoice and receive payments from clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.72 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnipeg, MB R3T 0P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
