We are currently looking for a Service Advisor at Nissan of Duncan!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling customer appointments, follow up after service appointments
- Providing estimates and quoting repair work
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Completing work orders and collecting payment
- Recommending additional service work and upselling maintenance packages
- Following up with customers after appointments
- Maintaining above region CSI as an advisor
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience working in a service department (1-year minimum)
- Able to work independently, with limited supervision
- Basic knowledge of automotive
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid driver's license, provide a clean driver abstract

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
