Professional Service Advisor – Automotive Service Center (Mission, BC)
We are seeking a mature and professional Service Advisor to join our customer-focused team in Mission, BC. This role requires strong organizational skills, independent work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and professionally
- Accurately collect and record customer and vehicle information
- Recommend, explain, and sell maintenance and repair services
- Prepare and complete repair orders with precision
- Keep customers informed of vehicle progress throughout the day
- Review completed work and charges with clarity and professionalism
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must work independently and consistently maintain a professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive sales is preferred
- Valid BC Driver’s License (required)
- Availability to work Saturdays
