Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order completion.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on food service roles.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.70-$23.70 per hour
