Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, utilizing basic math skills for calculations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables after guests leave.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest services and customer service skills are essential.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
