Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to be part of our team at Ajisen Ramen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Skills
- Guest Experience: Create memorable dining experiences
- by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to our guests.
- Order Accuracy: Take orders with precision, ensuring
- accuracy, and timely delivery of dishes.
- Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu offerings
- and provide recommendations to enhance the guest
- experience. You must memorize the menu and its
- allergens, as well as our brand history and origins.
- Cleanliness and Ambiance: Contribute to a welcoming
- atmosphere by maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen
- and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable dining moments.
