Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at 3rd Street Café. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our reputation for quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
