Senior Salesforce Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE
Procurify is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative person who is passionate about revenue operations.
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the management of Salesforce and the technologies used to support the revenue teams of Procurify. This includes technologies used by the Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams. The role will form part of the Revenue Operations team, working with the Director, Revenue Operations.
You are a person with a knack for integrations, data integrity and reliability, and you’re motivated by helping our team members and customers achieve the best version of themselves.

What you’ll be working on:
GTM Tech Stack Ecosystem
Own and manage the Salesforce infrastructure, including administration, security, data integrity, configuration, customization, and integrations.
Oversee the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) technology ecosystem, including sales, marketing automation, and customer experience platforms integrated with Salesforce.
Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and deprecation of GTM technologies to ensure alignment with business needs.
Partner with GTM stakeholders to introduce new technologies that drive productivity and efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support and issue resolution related to Salesforce and connected tools.
Collaborate with Enablement and RevOps to ensure teams are trained and empowered to use the tech stack effectively.

Seamless integration between systems
High end-user adoption across GTM tool
Salesforce & Finance Systems
Maintain and optimize the live integration between Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
Ensure data consistency and integrity between Salesforce and financial systems.
Continuously improve the custom CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution in Salesforce.
Design and manage scalable approval routing logic to enable self-service and maintain deal governance.
KPIs:
100% of Closed Won opportunities synced and invoiced through Sage
95%+ of opportunity approvals processed via self-serve Salesforce workflows
GTM Metrics & Reporting
Build and maintain organization-wide performance dashboards in Salesforce.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team leads to deliver actionable insights into team- and company-level performance.
Drive adoption of centralized, trustworthy performance reporting.
KPIs:
Full deprecation of Google Sheets for reporting
100% adoption of Salesforce as the source of truth for GTM metrics
Who we’re looking for
5+ years of Salesforce administration, configuration and development; including experience with Salesforce Lightning Flows (Salesforce certification is welcomed)
Broad understanding of technical solutions to support marketing automation, sales, and customer service & support
Project management for solutions development and implementation
Integration techniques and technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert Excel/Google Sheet skills, to assist with data manipulation and data prep for analysis and loading into operational systems
Ability to understand go-to-market business processes and implement systems to enable them
Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms/ability to explain technical solutions or problems to people without a background in data processing or technology
A bias for documentation
You should be comfortable working with remote teams across different timezones.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in working with BI tools and Data Warehouses/Data Lakes
SQL skills to assist with data extraction analysis

Base Salary Range: $108,000 - $140,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
