Job Overview
We’re hiring a driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our security services to businesses, property managers, and event organizers. This is a 100% commission-based position with no cap on earnings—ideal for self-starters who want to be rewarded directly for their results.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their security needs
- Present customized security solutions and confidently close deals
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track sales activity and manage your pipeline
- Attend local events and trade shows to represent the Bison Security brand

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or commission-based roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Experience in the security or service industry is a plus, but not required
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license preferred
