About the Role
G Force Security is hiring professional and dedicated Security Guards in St. Thomas, ON. As a valued member of our team, you will play an essential role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Your presence and vigilance will help ensure security and peace of mind across the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming presence at entrances and throughout the property.
- Deter unauthorized access through observation, vigilance, and excellent customer service.
- Patrol assigned areas to identify safety risks, suspicious activities, or policy violations.
- Assist staff and visitors with respect, discretion, and professionalism.
- Enforce company policies and site procedures to maintain safety and order.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; contact law enforcement when required.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with management and team members to resolve security concerns.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security License (mandatory).
- Previous experience in security or customer service (required).
- Excellent grooming, uniform standards, and professional presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to ongoing training and continuous improvement.
