Responsibilities:
- Perform regular patrols and security checks
- Monitor and report safety or security risks
- Respond to emergencies and follow proper procedures
- Safeguard confidential and private information with discretion
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Provide customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Enforce safety regulations and site policies
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a security clearance; possession of or working towards a valid security license (license required)
- Valid Standard First Aid Level C (or willingness to obtain certification)
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be of legal age
- Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
- Strong discretion in handling confidential/private information
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and respond to emergencies under pressure
