We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like excavators for various projects.
- Engage in tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
- Support hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls installation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of power tools and landscaping equipment is essential.
- Familiarity with gardening techniques and practices is a plus.
- Experience in construction or maintenance roles will be beneficial.
