Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and personable Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the school’s leadership and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent communication with parents, teachers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office duties: greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to emails promptly.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, newsletters, and announcements.
- Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external organizations.
- Handle basic bookkeeping and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Support registration and admissions processes as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with fluency in English Language
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Experience working in a school or educational environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with Islamic culture and values is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, approachable, and customer-service oriented.

Pay: $2,500.00-$3,000.00 per month
