What You Would Do
- Set & reset sales appointments through inbound and outbound communication with customers.
- Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency for the company and sales representatives.
- Answer all incoming calls
- Record and file appointment outcomes
- Responsible for follow up communications through pre-mailers and confirmation calls and emails.
- Ensure all documentation, data entry, and correspondence is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Google Drive folders are organized and kept up to date with all job information (proposals, contracts, etc.)
- Order office supplies
- Track and report weekly on KPI’s.
What We Need for this Role:
- Enjoys working in a deadline driven environment
- Great team player
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys interacting with potential customers on the phone
- Ability to perform accurate data entry
- Able to implement efficiencies wherever possible
- Proficiency in Google Workplace
Experience in Slack, Social Media platforms and, Salesforce helpful but not necessary
