Position: Scheduling & Office Administrator
Location: Chilliwack, BC
Compensation: $18.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule:
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday

What You'll Be Doing:
Your primary responsibility will be staff scheduling to ensure consistent, timely care for our clients. You’ll work with both caregivers and clients to maintain up-to-date schedules, navigate last-minute changes, and ensure smooth operations across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain caregiver schedules using AxisCare
- Respond quickly to call-ins, time-off requests, or emergencies
- Prioritize scheduling needs, especially during high-demand periods
- Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure optimal care coverage
- Track tasks and follow-ups using platforms like Monday.com
- Assist with general office duties and administrative support
- Help with recruitment tasks such as calling leads, setting up interviews, and onboarding new hires when needed.

- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools quickly

- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Available to work in-office (this is not a remote role)
