Duties
- Greet visitors at the front desk with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for office staff.
- Handle records, ensuring all files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Assist with billing processes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, filing documents, and managing office communications.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and staff.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential for effective task management.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with filing systems and record management practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction within the team and with patients.
