Receptionist, Customer Service Coordinator

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
· Welcoming all visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in a professional and timely and friendly manner.
· Answer incoming telephone calls and determines purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
· Take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable, enters the correct data into the computer while on the phone.
· Maintain an accurate telephone call log.
· Receive, sort and route mail and courier packages. Prepare outgoing packages.
· Maintain office equipment, copier machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
· Create and print memos, reports and other various documents. Performs clerical duties such as filing and photocopying, accurate data entry.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception and show room area. Ensuring showroom is tidy and clutter free.
· Take payments in a professional manner both in person and over the telephone.
· Ensure all appropriate paperwork is complete prior to customer leaving the office.
· Ensure all office and reception duties are complete before departure for the day.
· Day end duties which include cashing out and balancing money collected for the day, writing up cash/cheque deposit and delivering bank deposit to bank immediately upon leaving the office.
· Responsible for correctly filing various paperwork and documents both physical copies as well scanned copies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive wages based off experience ($18-22 per hour to start)
Vacation pay after 1 year has been met
