What you’ll do


Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Project Management Assistant

Location: Montreal

Expected start date: October 2025

Internship duration: 8 months

  • rovide support to the Project Manager for the Sales to Delivery Handover
  • A
  • ssist with compliance to project requirements and standards
  • A
  • ssist with project coordination, planning and management
  • A
  • ssist with tasks associated with monitoring and controlling the project
  • A
  • ssist with revenue forecasting of a project
  • A
  • ssist in Resource Management process, creating and tracking resource requests.
  • A
  • ssist with the capture and recording of inputs for financial planning and management; including capture of project team timesheets (including external parties), effort expensed, project costs, project invoices etc.
  • A
  • ssist with RAID Meetings, documentation, invitations, minutes
  • A
  • ssist with management and documentation of project deliverable reviews and review sessions
  • A
  • ssist with minutes of reviews and related project approvals
  • A
  • ssist Project Manager with Project Sponsors and Project review Boards, including development of content, meeting minutes etc.

  • ssist with project escalations
  • A
  • ssist with management and tracking of key project documents and deliverables Participate in project weekly/monthly meetings, and in Project Reviews

  • ssist with the capture of Lessons Learnt

  • ork with consultants and project managers to ensure accuracy of project reporting

  • apture project metrics and ensures they are clearly communicated to appropriate SAP or Customer team members

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18 - 35(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
