Background:

Kyndryl is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Tester contractor to support an external client’s Order Management System (OMS) Implementation Project, currently in progress. The role is fully remote and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a critical phase of the implementation while ramping up on the EWM scope.

Responsibilities:

• Validate and test SAP EWM transaction flows, including Inbound, Outbound, and Warehouse Monitoring processes
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between ECC documents (Sales Orders, Deliveries, Purchase Orders) and EWM
• Support documentation and issue resolution processes
• Assist with troubleshooting and quality assurance activities throughout the implementation lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Proven fluency and working knowledge of SAP EWM transaction flows and system navigation
• Strong familiarity with SAP ECC document flows that support EWM operations
• Prior hands-on exposure to SAP EWM as a super user, tester, or intensive user role is highly desirable
• Experience in IT-related testing, documentation, or issue resolution processes is preferred
• Able to collaborate with internal and external teams effectively
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to understanding new systems and workflows
