As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales consultants in a territory while supporting and providing your team with the training needed to increase their sales targets. The regional sales manager is also responsible for maintaining relationships with important clients and training sales representatives to oversee various accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Coaching and leading sales consultants to achieve their sales goals and targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Field days with direct reports
- Ensuring the sales team complies with company policies.
- Prepare, Present, and lead sales plan for their team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and industry professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the assigned region.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
